Your Furniture in Expert Care from Start to Finish.
Anything we receive is inspected for visible damage. If damage is visible it will be recorded and documented with photos immediately so liability is covered on our end.
If a packaged product is received with visible damage to the exterior we will unbox and inspect the content.
If we discover the contents are damaged we will report right away along with the documentation gathered at the time we received the item.
